My story

My journey of embodiment is a continual practice of coming home to my body. Like many, I've struggled with anxiety, overwhelm, and the painful sense of being a distant outsider in my own life. Yet underneath, there has always been a powerful energy longing for greater freedom and connection.

What has supported me most is genuine human connection: the quiet presence of a hand on my shoulder, the expansiveness of breath, and the comfort of being met without judgment. Healing, for me, feels like space to breathe, the return of choice, and protection softening into connection.

Through touch, sensation, and embodied practices, I’ve discovered the possibility of meeting each moment as it is—with support, compassion, and presence. When I feel what is true in my body, I experience a more joyful connection with the awe and wonder of life itself.

This is why I do this work: to offer others the same possibility of coming home to themselves—to feel alive, to belong in their own body, and to experience connection that is real, human, and compassionate.

Values

My heartfelt desire is to support people in building a deeper relationship with their whole being, especially their body. I am committed to co-creating a space where clients can explore their inner landscape free from judgment or expectation. For me, bodywork is not just a set of techniques, but a deeply human way of healing and connecting.

I am committed to building something bigger: a community rooted in practices that connect us to ourselves, each other, and the world. A new, or perhaps a very old, way of being together.

I believe each of us contains a whole universe of aliveness within, and life becomes more wonderful when we let it flow together.

Location

I practice in a quiet, clean, private studio in Northeast Minneapolis. The studio is a freestanding building in the backyard of my home, a dedicated space designed for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. Street parking is available.

The space is fully adjustable to your needs: seating, lighting, sound, table preferences, bolsters, and pillows can all be tailored to your comfort and sensory preferences. My intention is to create an environment that is restorative, like crossing a threshold into a sacred space set apart from everyday life, where the possibility of transformation and deep rest can unfold.
